Este terceiro livro da série é incrível e cheio de reviravoltas. 

Em um momento as crianças peculiares estão dominando a situação é no momento seguinte é Caul quem está ditando as regras !
Jacob descobre que seus poderes vão muito além de controlar etéreos e que nem todos os peculiares são o que parecem ser.
Já estou ansiosa pelo próximo livro!

This third book in the series is incredible and full of twists. 

In a moment the peculiar children are dominating the situation is in the next moment it is Caul who is dictating the rules!
Jacob discovers that his powers go far beyond ethereal control and that not all peculiars are what they appear to be.
I'm already looking forward to the next book!

Nesta continuação do livro “O lar da Srta. Peregrine para crianças Peculiares”,  Jacob descobre mais sobre seus poderes, assim como nós conhecemos um pouco mais sobre cada uma das crianças peculiares. Eles também precisam se unir para ajudar a encontrar uma cura para a Srta. Peregrine que fica presa em sua forma de ave.

Jacob também vai ter que tomar sérias decisões com relação aos seus sentimentos por Emma (uma das crianças peculiares).

Apesar do começo parado O livro é ação do meio ao fim e faz com que quem o está lendo perca o fôlego varias vezes !
Com um final chocante ele deixa você louco de curiosidade para saber como será a sua continuação ! 😬

In this continuation of the book “Miss Peregrine`s Home for Peculiar Children”, Jacob learns more about his powers, just as we know a little more about each of the peculiar children. They also need to come together to help find a cure for Miss. Peregrine that gets stuck in its bird form.
Jacob will also have to make serious decisions regarding his feelings for Emma (one of the peculiar children).

Despite the slow beginning, the book is a mid-to-end action that causes those reading it to catch their breath several times!
With a shocking ending it drives you crazy with curiosity to know what the next book will be like!

O livro conta a história de Jacob (um rapaz de 16 anos) que passa por um grande trauma com a morte de seu avô. Ele chega a acreditar que tudo o que viu nao era real, e para entender melhor o que aconteceu ele faz uma viagem até uma ilha remota na costa do País de Gales, onde descobre as ruínas do Orfanato da Srta. Peregrine para Crianças Peculiares. Lá ele vai desvendando o mistério relacionado a este orfanato, descobrindo o quanto estas crianças eram diferentes (e talvez perigosas) e vendo coisas que faz sua mente duvidar da realidade.  Mas ao encontrar as crianças peculiares, elas o mostram que tudo o que ele viveu era real, e que o próprio Jacob é muito mais importante do que ele poderia imaginar!

O que mais me impressionou no livro foram as fotos que acompanham a história. Ler sobre os personagens estranhos e vê-los em sequência ajuda muito na construção da história. Surpreendente foi descobrir no final do livro que todas as fotos eram reais !

Tittle: Miss Peregrine`s Home for Peculiar Children

The book tells the story of Jacob (a 16-year-old boy) who goes through a major trauma with the death of his grandfather. He comes to believe that everything he saw was not real, and to better understand what happened he makes a trip to a remote island on the coast of Wales, where he discovers the ruins of Miss Peregrine's orphanage for peculiar children. There he will uncover the mystery related to this orphanage, discovering how different these children were (and perhaps dangerous) and seeing things that makes his mind doubt the reality.  But by finding the peculiar children, they show him that everything he lived was real, and that Jacob himself is much more important than he could ever imagine!

What impressed me most in the book were the pictures that accompany the story. Reading about the strange characters and seeing them in sequence helps a lot in the construction of the story. Surprising was to find out at the end of the book that all the pictures were real!

Ainda Sou eu / Still Me

Não sou nenhuma fã de romances, mas a trilogia sobre a vida de louisa Clark me prendeu de uma forma surpreendente !

Depois de me apaixonar por ela no primeiro livro, e de odiá-la no segundo, neste terceiro livro eu me encantei com todas as decisões tomadas pela personagem, e amei as consequências das decisões tomadas.

Terminei o livro querendo mais histórias da Louisa, esta personagem linda, mas ainda assim, muito feliz com o fechamento da trilogia !

I'm no fan of romance, but the trilogy of Louisa Clark's life caught me in a surprising way!

After falling in love with her in the first book and hate her in the second, in this third book I loved all the decisions made by Louisa, and the consequences of these decisions.

I finished the book wanting a little more ... a little more stories of the life of the character, but very happy with the closing of the trilogy!

Nesse livro tem continuação a história da vida de Louisa Clark mais de um ano após o fim trágico de seu relacionamento com Will.

Depois de beber demais ela sofre um terrível acidente e acaba conhecendo algumas pessoas ( um amigo de um grupo de apoio, um paramédico e uma quase "enteada" ) que podem mudar totalmente seu futuro!

E depois de me apaixonar por Louisa em "Como eu era antes de você ”, nesse novo livro eu passei a ter raiva dela ! Como uma pessoa conseguiu jogar fora todas as oportunidades e os ensinamentos que teve ?
Pelo menos ela manteve o seu bom coração, o que levou o livro a um final legal !

"...notei que quase todo mundo carregava a marca brutal do amor, fosse perdido, roubado ou simplesmente sepultado num túmulo." "Amei um homem que me mostrava o mundo, mas que não me amava o suficiente para permanecer nele."

In this book has continued the story of Louisa Clark's life more than a year after the tragic end of her relationship with Will.

After drinking too much she suffers a terrible accident and ends up meeting some people (a friend of a support group, a paramedic and an almost  "stepdaughter ") who can totally change her future!

And after I fell in love with Louisa in  "Me before you," in this new book I have become angry with her! How could a person throw away all the opportunities and teachings she had?

At least she kept her good heart, which led the book to a good end!

Louisa é um personagem apaixonante! Uma garota cheia de personalidade mas ao mesmo tempo muito imatura e ingênua . Ela chega a ser uma contradição pela forma como age e pelas coisas que sente ! E o Will é o Will... um homem rico, mimado e voltado apenas para o seu mundo e seus problemas... pelo menos até conhecer a Louisa!

Um filme baseado no livro, do diretor Thea Sharrock, foi lançado em 2016. Os atores Emilia Clarke e Sam Claflin fazem os papéis de Louisa e Will, e eles estão perfeitos na caracterização dos personagens! Sugiro muito os dois, livro e filme. Não tem como não se apaixonar por esta história!

This book tells the story of Louisa Clarke's simple life and how everything changes in her life when she ends up going to work as a caregiver for young and wealthy tetraplegic Will Traynor.

Louisa is a passionate character! A girl full of personality but at the same time very immature and naïve. She comes to be a contradiction in the way she acts and tin he things she feels! And Will is Will... A rich man, spoiled and turned just to his world and his troubles... At least until he meets Louisa!

A film based on the book by director Thea Sharrock was released in 2016. The actors Emilia Clarke and Sam Claflin do the roles of Louisa and Will, and they are perfect  the characters! I strongly suggest both book and film. There's no way you can't fall in love with this story!

Que livro!!! Me prendeu do início ao fim ! Me vi em vários dos dilemas da personagem !
Escolher não ser mãe não é uma decisão muito fácil. A sociedade espera que você cresça, reproduza e morra e não que tenha uma vida sem a responsabilidade de criar uma criança para o futuro.

O que devia ser questionado pela sociedade é quem realmente tem condições de ser pai e mãe e o quanto a inabilidade de algumas pessoas de criarem filhos pode afetar o futuro de muitas pessoas.
Que tipo de adultos estão sendo criados para a sociedade por estes pais inábeis?
Como prever a aleatoriedade de personalidades que as crianças podem ter e quando esta personalidade pode se tornar problemática?

What a book!!! It caught Me from start till the end! I've seen myself in a lot of the character's dilemmas!
Choosing not to be a mother is not a very easy decision. Society expects you to grow, reproduce and die and not have a life without the responsibility of raising a child for the future.

What should be questioned by society is who really is able to be a father and a mother and how the inability of some people to raise children can affect the future of many people.
What kind of adults are being raised to the society by these awkward parents?
How can we predict the randomness of personalities that children can have and when this personality may become problematic?
